Requested delivery after a certain date due to holiday, this was confirmed from Listers by email. Guess what order arrived whilst I was away left on front garden. Luckily my son called to check the post so was able to move the order.

What a friendly helpful timber yard, everything I needed and an extremely professional team who helped me through an emotional DIY project I was attempting at home. Especially John in the yard who assisted me on a number of repeat visits. Nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely use Listers every time I need support with future projects.

Ordered some concrete blocks and had them delivered, fair few damaged and after speaking to the office, they were more than happy to replace the whole lot and have them redelivered straight away. Cannot complain and had a quality service. Would highly recommend.

Absolute quality fence panels, dove tailed cross members. Made panels before, from scratch bought timber, but needed 5 this time after strong winds in September 2023.Good delivery charge of £ 18, and driver loaded them out down the driveway. Above and beyond....would recommend Listers for all your timber needs! 5*, many thanks.

Great sales service ,timber was top quality ,driver was brilliant and made sure it was dropped exactly where we wanted it .Order was complete with nothing missing,bought longer deck timber joist screws though as pack ones a little to short for my liking.

The quality of Listers’ timber decking is twice that of B&Q and half the price… making it effectively FOUR times better ;)
Delivery was prompt and the driver helpful with placing the load.
Overall sourcing the materials for our fencing and raised beds from Listers was a very good experience!

Excellent customer service, having placed my order I was called to check I had ordered the right wood ( I hadn't) so order was amended and as the correct product was cheaper I was refunded the difference. They could have easily just sent what I ordered but took the time to make sure. On delivery day everything was delivered by a wonderfully friendly and happy chap. The wood was exactly what i needed. Highly recommend and will definitely be using again.

Was able to chat on line to verify the product. The price was reasonable compared to everyone else. Delivery was available for reasonable price. Panels arrived on time. The delivery driver was a pleasant chap. The panels are good quality. So I am a very happy man.

No fuss orderin* and paying online. Received email quickly to say ready to collect. On arrival, given docket, drove into yard and assistant cut the pieces for me , loade and went. Perfect!

Generally good quality products a bit disappointed that when I called and wanted to use my discount code I was told that I had to do it online , why on earth could the person just not put it through for me ?
One of the boards I was sent had a massive crack in it and now I have got to return it.
But on the whole good products and competitive rates.
The free delivery is a great idea perhaps you could make it permanent if some spends over say £100.
