Despite several efforts to characterize this phenomenon, one notable attempt by Rheingold describes virtual communities as social groups that develop on the internet through sustained public discussions, fostering significant human connections and forming networks of relationships in the digital realm (Rheingold, 2000). In the context of online communities, it's important to recognize that communication occurs through electronic means, without being constrained by specific locations or time zones. Additionally, these communities typically welcome new members, allowing them to sign up at no cost. Engaging in these activities provides individuals with a deeper understanding of their health conditions and the chance to establish connections with others facing similar circumstances (Meier et al., 2007; Lobchuk et al., 2015). Numerous online health communities exist, each with its distinct objectives and purposes (Van Eenbergen et al., 2017).

However, construction projects often get delayed due to multiple controllable and uncontrollable circumstances. In this scenario, the construction industry is striving for potential solutions to resolve project delays. Thus, the present study objectives to analyze the delay factors that affect the timely accomplishment of construction projects in the context of emerging economies. The study adopts a mixed methodology comprising of Delphi, Total Interpretive Structural Modelling (TISM) and Matrice d' Impacts Croises Multiplication Applique a Classement (MICMAC) method to model the identified delay factors. A Delphi analysis was conducted to finalize the most crucial delay factors to the on-time completion of building projects. The causal relationships and expert interpretations for each identified delay factor were then determined using multi-criteria decision analysis, TISM and MICMAC analysis. The study results highlight that lack of knowledge of newer construction methodologies and lack of project monitoring tools and techniques are positioned at the bottom level of model, which suggests that this delay factor influences others. The study results will help managers resolve the issues of project delays by selecting the most suitable approach. The findings from the study suggest adopting advanced technologies for effective communication, use of analytical tools for resource allocation and waste-scrapping approaches for eliminating delays in construction projects.

Although there are several softwares like Zoom, Google Meet etc which can be used to conduct online classes, this book focuses on the features and tips which can be used to enhance the teaching learning process in the virtual medium using MS Teams. Many faculties started using online softwares for teaching due to Covid-19 but most of the softwares are not managed well and as a result the students are unable to assimilate the knowledge that the teacher intends to impart. It is important to connect to students via multiple means to attract their attention span and keep them engaged both during and after the lecture sessions. The guidelines shared in this book can be used by the teachers who wish to conduct classes or even meetings for projects, workshops etc. which may need storage space, conversation forums and other functionalities to keep the connection with the audience. First, the different elements of a class are discussed and identified. Taking these items into the online medium is challenging and hence the usage of MS Teams features is highlighted in the book.
