Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Time-lapse movie of beating colonies formed by both control and pertussis toxin-treated human induced pluripotent stem (hiPS) cell colonies. Treatment with pertussis toxin did not affect differentiation of hiPS cells into embryoid bodies to yield beating foci. Efficiencies of deriving beating foci were similar between treatments. Identical observations were made in human embryonic stem (hES) cells. Video was captured in real-time. Scale bar, 200 µm. (0.72 MB MOV)
