Over-categorisation: please don't place an item into a category and its parent category!

Hello!

I am interested in the potential of Wikimedia Commons to serve as a visual record of ordinary places in a city as fast-changing as Hong Kong. I have also been trying to better organise Hong Kong-related images, and reduce over-categorisation.
