Abstract: The gradual shortage of consumable industrial resources has brought some problems to traditional industries, such as slow technological renewal, decline of pillar industries, population outflow in the cities where they are located, and relatively weak natural and cultural resources. Therefore, it is urgent to apply cross-border thinking to give vitality to the innovation of traditional industrial culture and promote the expansion of traditional industries to cultural industries. Based on the research on the IP empowerment advantages, the identifiable, marketable, authorized and transformable industrial culture IP will be used as the guide to promote “cultural innovation” and “digital innovation” as the…internal driving force of industrial development, and the industrial development model of “IP+ industrial culture” will be used to promote the high-quality development of traditional industries. Thus, it is feasible in practice and significant in theoretical research to leverage the traditional industrial transformation and development with the high-quality industrial culture IP symbol, the shaping of offline industrial cultural economy and the digital expansion of online industrial cultural economy.

Abstract: Service discovery and composition are crucial tasks in the development of Web services, it is designed to select the appropriate services for each task and ensure that services are called in the correct order. Unlike traditional methods, we aim to solve the service composition problem from a new perspective by developing a novel service composition using semantics based natural language descriptions. The proposed algorithm employs a combination of natural language processing and semantic-based techniques to extract the functional semantics of service datasets and understand the user context. By parsing the user’s request, the method extracts possible sub-queries contained within the…request and identifies the appropriate combination of sub-queries. Leveraging the BM25 algorithm and the ESIM semantic matching model, the method identifies atomic services with high correlation with sub-queries and determines the composable atomic services set according to the defined composition constraints. Experimental results validate the efficacy of our method.

Abstract: A large number of practical applications of the recommendation system found that the novelty of the recommendation results and the user satisfaction are more closely related, making the novelty recommendation recently widely concerned and studied. Many novelty recommendation algorithms used the popularity of the item to measure novelty, but this method is too simple, and the change of item popularity is more reflective of its novelty. According to the product life cycle theory (PLC), this study proposed a novelty recommendation algorithm that recommends item that be not popular now and may be popular in the future to improve the novelty…of the recommendation results, The time change of the popularity of the items to be recommended is analyzed, and the future popularity of the items are predicted by analogy. Two strategies for selecting recommended selection are selecting future popular items (the predicting popularity-based filtering Algorithm, PP algorithm) and excluding future recession items (the Excluding Recession-based filtering algorithm, ER algorithm), according to the definition of novelty of the item, recommended the novelty items to the target user. The effectiveness of the proposed algorithm was verified through an offline experiment. Results indicate that PP algorithm can significantly improve the accuracy and novelty, but seriously sacrifice the coverage and reduce the ability of the recommendation system to mine the long tail items when the number of alternative items N is small, the novelty of the recommendation list of the ER algorithm is remarkably higher than that of traditional algorithms, the novelty is high when the quantity of alternative sets reaches around 350, where the average popularity of the recommendation list declines by 40%, and the coverage is elevated by 150%, thereby improving the ability of the proposed system to extract all kinds of items. This study serves as reference for the improvement of user satisfaction with recommendation systems.

Abstract: This study explores the impact of public health events, multi-modal projects, multi-project environments, and multi-capacity resource constraints on project scheduling. It describes the comprehensive resource-constrained project scheduling problem (MCMRCMPSP) specifically for public health events, and proposes two approaches for modelling and solving the problem. The objective is to enhance the practical relevance of project scheduling and enrich the problem itself. To improve efficiency and the algorithm for scheduling problems, an enhanced quantum algorithm based on the quantum particle swarm algorithm (QPSO) is proposed. The enhancements include Gaussian variation and a tournament selection strategy. Furthermore, the article integrates multiple heuristic rules…with the algorithm to minimize illogical computations, improve computational efficiency, and enhance solution quality. The proposed algorithm’s effectiveness is validated through performance tests and practical application experiments. The results show that the algorithm has superior convergence performance and solution accuracy compared with the traditional QPSO, particle swarm algorithm (PSO), genetic algorithm, ant colony algorithm, and cuckoo algorithm. Thus, the algorithm provides a targeted resource scheduling plan for real-world cases. This research contributes to the field of project scheduling problems and proposes a new solution.

Abstract: Three numerical models of an abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) with different geometric parameters are established in order to examine the coupled effect of the fluid-structure of AAA. The study is focused on examining the roles of the dilatation parameter and the aspect ratio of an AAA in the flow dynamic within a pulse period. The numerical results demonstrate that the vortex dominates the dynamic flow behavior within an AAA. During a pressure impulse cycle, an AAA is influenced by the entirety of the vortex, from its generation to its subsequent disappearance. As an indirect effect of the vortex dynamic acting…on vessels, a series of alternate impulse responses of the wall shear stress (WSS) is generated in an AAA as eddies induced by the vortex move along the axis of the vessels, and the strength of the responses is proportional to the strength of the eddies. The alternated impulse of WSS may be one of the main influencing factors on AAA rupture. The results of this study aided in understanding the mechanisms underlying the evolutionary processes of AAAs.

Abstract: Although the mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC) plays a dominant role in the rheologic behavior of deoxygenated density‐defined sickle red blood cells (SS RBCs), previous studies have not explored the relationship between the rate of deoxygenation and the bulk viscosity of SS RBCs at a given MCHC. In the present study, we have subjected density‐defined SS classes (i.e., medium‐density SS4 and dense SS5 discocytes) to varying deoxygenation rates. This approach has allowed us to minimize the effects of SS RBC heterogeneity and investigate the effect of deoxygenation rates at a given MCHC. The results show that the percentages of granular…cells, classic sickle cells and holly leaf forms in deoxygenated samples are significantly influenced by the rate of deoxygenation and the MCHC of a given discocyte subpopulation. Increasing the deoxygenation rate using high K^{+} medium (pH 6.8), results in a greater percentage of granular cells in SS4 suspensions, accompanied by a pronounced increase in the bulk viscosity of these cells compared with gradually deoxygenated samples (mainly classic sickle cells and holly leaf forms). The effect of MCHC becomes apparent when SS5 dense cells are subjected to varying deoxygenation rates. At a given deoxygenation rate, SS5 dense discocytes show a greater increase in the percentage of granular cells than that observed for SS4 RBCs. Also, at a given deoxygenation rate, SS5 suspensions exhibit a higher viscosity than SS4 suspensions with fast deoxygenation resulting in maximal increase in viscosity. Although MCHC is the main determinant of SS RBC rheologic behavior, these studies demonstrate for the first time that at a given MCHC, the rate of deoxygenation (hence HbS polymerization rates) further modulates the rheologic behavior of SS RBCs. Thus, both MCHC and the deoxygenation rate may contribute to microcirculatory flow behavior of SS RBCs.

Abstract: To solve the problem that the walking jitter of quadruped robots leads to the degradation of clarity of visual imaging, a quadruped robot visual imaging jitter compensation algorithm based on the theory of walking jitter is proposed. The D-H coordinate transformation method is used to establish the coordinate system of each joint of the leg. The kinetic equations of the leg are derived from the relationship between the rotational velocity and the moment of the leg joint, and the kinetic equilibrium equations of the quadruped robot body are established based on the spatial moment equilibrium theorem; the spring-mass model of…the leg of the quadruped robot is used to construct the kinetic equations of the leg jittering, and the kinetic equations of the body jittering are derived using the moment equilibrium condition of the body center of gravity position and under the effect of the leg and body jitter to obtain the visual imaging device jitter quantity; finally, the tremor quantity is combined with the jitter quantity and rotation matrix to derive the walking jitter mathematical model of the quadruped robot visual imager, and the jitter compensation algorithm of quadruped robot visual imager is verified. The experimental results show that compared with the traditional Wiener filter algorithm for jitter compensation and the BP neural network jitter compensation algorithm, this algorithm improves the visual imaging by 10.8% and 3.3% in the two evaluation indexes of peak signal-to-noise ratio and structural similarity, respectively, and the de-jittering effect is better.

Abstract: Corporate culture has its own development laws and may play a significant role in a short period of time, but its development and improvement are a relatively long-term task. The construction of corporate culture is a systematic project that varies depending on the enterprise. For enterprises, the construction of corporate culture has very important practical significance for the re integration of the enterprise team and the enhancement of competitive strength. Culture is a productive force, and the role of corporate culture is more direct. Therefore, enterprises should focus on their own development goals, create their own unique corporate culture based…on learning and reference, and meet market challenges with a new look and strong strength. The effectiveness evaluation of corporate culture construction is a classical multiple attribute decision making (MADM). Recently, the TODIM and VIKOR method has been used to cope with MADM issues. The neutrosophic cubic sets (NCSs) are used as a tool for characterizing uncertain information during the effectiveness evaluation of corporate culture construction. In this manuscript, the neutrosophic cubic number TODIM-VIKOR (NCN-TODIM-VIKOR) method is built to solve the MADM under NCSs. In the end, a numerical case study for effectiveness evaluation of corporate culture construction is given to validate the proposed method. The research aim of the paper is summarized: (1) the NCN-TODIM-VIKOR is proposed for MADM problem with NCSs; (2) The attributes weight information is obtained through information entropy; (3) the NCN-TODIM-VIKOR method is designed for effectiveness evaluation of corporate culture construction and were compared with some existing methods; (4) Through the comparison, it is found that NCN-TODIM-VIKOR method for effectiveness evaluation of corporate culture construction proposed are effective.

Abstract: Several soil samples were used to study how the characteristics of natural organic matter (NOM) affect sorption of organic compounds. These soils contains different amounts and types of NOM. Aromaticity of NOM (percentage of aromatic carbons) was determined from solid-state CPMAS 13C NMR spectra and the soil effective polarity was computed from the equation developed by Xing et al. Naphthalene was used to examine the sorption characteristics of NOM. Both aromaticity and polarity of NOM strongly affected sorption of naphthalene. Old NOM showed higher affinity than that in the surface, young soils. Sorption increased with increasing aromaticity and decreasing polarity.…Thus, the sorption coefficients of organic contaminants cannot be accurately predicted without some consideration of NOM characteristics.

Abstract: In order to improve the quality of remanufacturing assembly with uncertainty for the sustainability of remanufacturing industry, an error propagation model of the remanufacturing assembly process and its optimal control method are established. First, the state space model of error propagation is established by taking the work-in-process parameter errors of each process as the initial state of the procedure and the parameters of remanufactured parts and operation quantities as the input. Then, the quality control issue of remanufacturing assembly is transformed into a convex quadratic programming with constraints based on this model. Finally, the proposed method is used to control…the remanufactured-crankshaft assembly quality. The experimental results show that the axial-clearance consistency and the crankshaft torque are improved, and the one-time assembly success rate of a remanufactured crankshaft is increased from 96.97%to 99.24%. This study provides a theoretical model and method support for the quality control of remanufacturing assembly and has a practical effect on improving the quality of remanufactured products.
