This project analyses representations of identity within alt-porn, specifically focusing on Furry Girl and her self-constructed identity. It highlights the emergence of new sex taste cultures and their effect on established discourse' of pornography as a degrading industry portraying unsuitable representations of women, instead encouraging sex positivity and alternative aesthetics. Analysing Furry Girl, it focuses on different aspects of her identity but, most explicitly, on her refusal of the feminist discourse and how this forms her identity as a sex worker.
