Application Information and Communication Technology (ICT) at SCM has had a positive impact on those companies. It is especially implemented in connection with procurement because it enhances collaboration and improves quality shared information between suppliers and buyers. The place of marketing is determined by the economic structure of the region; the study of the region is given emphasis on a product of the region, the evolution of marketing, and the identification of the essence of marketing in the setting of regional policy. Marketing application of logistics approach Supply Chain Management is real. A critical a review of modern marketing ideas is provided. This study focuses on the influence of SCI on information sharing and the role of information sharing in shaping supply chain performance (SCP) and SCP. Therefore, its main purpose this study aims to uncover the influence of supply chain integration (SCI) on information sharing and SCP. Further, improved supply chain supply chain integration, quality of products and services, reduced supply chain costs and achieving competitive advantage is directly related to effective information sharing. Based on the analysis and systematization of data on the region's growth and existing marketing strategies, the eight-stage marketing strategy is designed to enhance the region's popularity, that is, to create a positive image and improve the competitiveness of companies located in the region.

The Present study was aimed to explore different types of cluster groups with respect online shop... more The Present study was aimed to explore different types of cluster groups with respect online shopping purchase intention of women consumers in Chennai city. The present study adopted exploratory and descriptive research design and survey method to gather primary responses from women consumers. The result indicates that three dominant cluster groups has been significantly differentiated with two significant discriminant functions. The cluster groups such as, low intention group, moderate intention group and higher intention group was emerged out of five factors such as, accessibility, convenience, consideration, website design and shopping comforts of online shopping. Further, the researchers suggested to enhance the experience and satisfaction of the online shoppers to increase the growth of the e-commerce industry.

The present study was aimed to explore the influence of brand equity, brand reputation, brand tru... more The present study was aimed to explore the influence of brand equity, brand reputation, brand trust, e-word of mouth on brand loyalty among female millennial cyber shoppers in Chennai city of Tamil Nadu. The present study adopted survey method and non-probability judgment sampling was employed to selected primary responses in the form of questionnaires. The result proves that except brand equity, other factors such as brand reputation, brand trust, e-word of mouth have significant and positive influence on brand loyalty among female millennial cyber shoppers in the study area. In addition, the result proves that Whatapp, YouTube, FaceBook and Instagram are the most preferred social media networking sites of female millennial cyber shoppers to know information about different branded products. brand loyalty is the key factor to survive and succeed in the e-commerce business in India. Hence, higher is the perception on brand reputation and brand trust; higher is the brand loyalty among female millennial consumers.

The discriminant analysis approach has been adopted to differentiate different dominant cluster groups of college students based on their perception towards smart phone and internet usage. Further, mean differences with respect to demographic profiles such as, gender, family type, monthly family income and data source for internet usage with respect to smart phone and internet usage has been explored. The empirical evidences significantly classified the respondents into three dominant groups and significance of difference in mean values was also explored in this study.

This empirical study was aimed to explore the determinants of social media brand attitude of soci... more This empirical study was aimed to explore the determinants of social media brand attitude of social media networking sites users in Chennai city of Tamil Nadu. The structural equation modeling approach was adopted to explore the influence of social media advertisement, technology integration, social media interaction, e-word of mouth on social media brand attitude. The structured questionnaire was adopted to gather the primary information from different types of social media users hailing from Chennai city as a study area. The samples of 614 were finalized by the adoption of non-probability convenience sampling technique. The data collected were subjected to test of normality, reliability and confirmatory factor analysis to validate the instrument. Result proves that structural equation modeling is fit for development of social media brand attitude model and further, findings show that social media advertisement, technology integration, social media integration, e-word of mouth have significant and positive influence on social media brand attitude.

This study aims to examined user perception and behavioural intention towards the National Digita... more This study aims to examined user perception and behavioural intention towards the National Digital Library of India (NDLI) by investigating the role of awareness and usage among users of the DDGDVC Library in Chennai. A quantitative research methodology was employed using a survey approach, along with descriptive statistics. The study collected data from a diverse group of respondents based on gender and academic programmes. The findings reveal that 97% of the respondents were aware of the NDLI services, with a higher proportion of males (59%) than females (41%) being cognizant. In terms of academic programmes, the undergraduate category constituted the majority (66%), followed by postgraduate (29%), M.Phil (4%), and Ph.D. (1%). In terms of the frequency of NDLI usage, 46% of respondents reported using it daily, while 27% used it weekly. The preference of resource type varied, with books (43%) being the most preferred, followed by audio/video lectures (20%) and question papers (14%). Notably, awareness levels regarding specific resources available in the NDLI varied considerably, with books being highly known (92%) and maps having low awareness (5%). Respondents encountered several challenges while accessing the NDLI, including network problems, browsing difficulties, downloading access errors, captcha errors, registering errors, and other issues. The study also assessed the need for training, finding that 88% of respondents expressed the desire for training. The findings from this study can contribute to improving user
experience and developing strategies to enhance awareness, usage, and accessibility of the NDLI, specifically targeting the DDGDVC Library in Chennai.
