Reidar Liaklev (født 15. juli 1917, død 1. mars 2006) var en norsk skøyteløper som representerte Brandbu Idrettsforening og vant OL-gull på 5 000 meter i St. Moritz. Liaklev var en utpreget langdistanseløper, men vant likevel et europamesterskap allround.
Liaklev tok bronse i junior-NM 1939, hvor han vant 5 000 meteren, men som de fleste idrettsmenn i sin generasjon fikk han karrieren forkortet av verdenskrigen. Hans første internasjonale seniormesterskap var VM i 1947, hvor han ble nummer tre på 5 000 før han gikk seg opp fra niende- til fjerdeplass etter å ha vunnet 10 000 meter.
I de første olympiske leker etter krigen, i St. Moritz tidlig i februar 1948, vant Liaklev først 5 000 meter med tiden 8.29,4, og to dager seinere var han blant favorittene på 10 000 meter. Liaklev fikk imidlertid problemer med høyden, og måtte bryte løpet, mens svensken Åke Seyffarth - som Liaklev slo på de to lengste distansene under EM i 1947 og VM i 1948 - vant gullet.
To uker senere vant han europamesterskapet på Hamar med over ett tidspoeng på svensken Göthe Hedlund. Da VM ble avholdt i Helsinki var Liaklev imidlertid ikke i samme form, og han endte på sjetteplass, slått med tre poeng av verdensmesteren Odd Lundberg.
I 1949 ble han norgesmester, men havnet bak Lundberg og Hjalmar Andersen på sammenlagtlistene både i EM (5. plass) og VM (8. plass). Året etter tok han sølv i EM i Helsinki, etter igjen å ha vunnet 10 000 meteren. Andersen vant imidlertid de tre andre distansene og EM med over to poengs margin.
Radiokommentatoren Finn "Niff" Amundsen brukte ofte uttrykket to etter Liaklev, som henspilte på at motstanderne passerte to sekunder etter. Dette uttrykket overlevde lenge etter at Liaklev la opp i 1950.

Fra Jaren på Hadeland har vi fått en trist beskjed om at Reidar Liaklev har gått bort, vel 88 år gammel.
Liaklev viste sitt talent allerede før krigen med en tredjeplass i junior-NM, hvor han vant 5000-meterløpet. Men da man kunne ta fatt igjen etter krigen, var han nærmere 29 år, og han fikk bare noen ganske få seniorsesonger som til gjengjeld ble benyttet meget godt. Da han la opp i 1950, hadde han vunnet et norgesmesterskap med kongepokal; han ble europamester i 1948, og samme år satte han kronen på verket med OL-gull på 5000 meter i St. Moritz. Hele 12 ganger kunne Liaklev notere seg for medaljeplasseringer i internasjonale mesterskap, og hans store langdistanseløp ga grunnlag for radio- og banespeakernes annonsering «to etter Liaklev», som ble et allemannseie. Det er ikke for meget sagt at han ble en av de mest populære idrettsutøvere i vårt land.
Men Reidar Liaklev var ikke bare skøyteløper. I 22 år satt han i sin kommunes formannskap, og i pensjonisttilværelsen tok den joviale postmesteren fatt som birøkter, en virksomhet han utviklet langt over hobbystadiet. Vi som fikk oppleve hans kåserier om biene og deres liv ble en stor opplevelse rikere. Også som festtaler var Liaklev helt unik.

Liaklev var skøyteløper, og 31 år gammel ble han olympisk mester på 5000-meter i St. Moritz. i 1948. Senere samme år vant han europamesterskapet på Hamar. I 1949 ble han norgesmester og i 1950 ble det sølv i EM i Helsinki. Liaklev representerte Brandbu idrettsforening.
Liaklev arbeidet i Posten i sitt yrkesaktive liv. Han var politisk aktiv i Gran kommune, og særlig markant under prosessen med sammenslåing av kommunene Gran og Brandbu. I 2005 ble han hedret av Oppland Fylkeskommune med å bli utpekt som en av dem som har vært med på å prege opplandssamfunnet de siste 100 år. Liaklevs signatur, bilde og biografi ble stilt ut på Dale Gudrands gard i Hundorp sammen med 29 andre opplendinger.
Seremonien har funnet sted i stillhet, i tråd med Liaklevs ønske.
