  • Abstract

With the development of the application of the supervision in information system engineering construction, some problems such as “poor visible”, “poor maneuverability” has appeared. On the analysis of characteristic about information system engineering and software engineering and combines both the traditional construction engineering supervision theory and existing information system engineering supervision theory, this paper put forwards and describes the idea of information system engineering supervision which based on software engineering theory. “risk management” and “requirement management” are also added as important content to existing supervision theory. This new theory may solve the problems lots of companies are suffering.
