Studying large scale system using decentralized control

Published: 14 July 2011 Publication History

Abstract

Large scale system becomes more and more important in modern society. In this paper, a multi variable non-linear system (two inverted pendulum coupled by a spring) is linearized about equilibrium point and formed to decentralized optimized control decentralized control law is designed basis on existing theorems and modern techniques and its stability is surveyed. This opens a possibility that based on this model to formulate some benchmark problems to simulate a wide research interest in large scale control.
