Abstract

Welcome to the 12th Annual Conference on Digital Government Research dg.o 2011. This year the conference will be hosted by the University of Maryland College Park. Founded in 1856, the College Park campus is the flagship institution of the University of Maryland System and is the largest campus in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Situated just outside of Washington, DC, the campus enjoys strong ties to the Federal government, and visitors can easily access the many cultural venues located in the nation's capital.
