Welcome to the 9th International Conference on Software and Computer Applications (ICSCA-2020). This year the ICSCA conference is held in Langkawi, Malaysia; it is co-organized by Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP), Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP), FH JOANNEUM University of Applied Sciences (Austria) and Kuala Lumpur ACM Chapter.
