On the Horizon
Starting in 2019, JDIQ welcomes a new type of invited contributions, called:

“On the Horizon” challenge papers
These manuscripts will be written by top researchers in the field of Data Quality, and may be submitted by invitation only. Any uninvited proposal should first be discussed with the Editor-in-Chief.
The aim of this paper type is to introduce emerging new topics. An “On the Horizon” paper should discuss why the topic is emerging, as well as its challenging aspects and envisioned solutions. Contributions might also deal with more general issues that continue to impact the journal field.
The target is to have (at least) two "On the Horizon" contributions per year.
