COTS-based DSRC testbed for rapid algorithm development, implementation, and test

Abstract

This paper describes a Dedicated Short Range Communications (DSRC) testbed which demonstrates the use of common, off-the-shelf (COTS) products to enable rapid algorithm development from conception to hardware implementation and test.
