Govsolvers: an Open Source Community for e-Government in Colombia

Abstract

In this paper, we present an initiative for creating, empowering and making sustainable an open source community for e-government in Colombia, composed by passionate and committed people that collaborate and work jointly for contributing to country development and solving governmental and public problems, through the design, development, test and deployment of e-government products and services.
