Study on Microscopic Image Stitching Method of Dyeing Urine Sediment

Published: 22 October 2019 Publication History

Abstract

The microscopic image of dyeing urine sediment plays an important role in the initial diagnosis of type 2 diabetes. Based on the existing microscopic image mosaic technique, a new method which is more suitable for microscopic image of urine sediment is proposed. The method firstly uses the image graying method to perform the serialized microscopic image, and then uses the grayscale-based template registration algorithm to find the overlapping position between adjacent images. Finally, the weighted average fusion method is used to eliminate the difference in overlapping areas and stitch two images together. This method can eliminate the influence of interference factors in the microscopic image acquisition process to a certain extent, and can register the microscopic cell images more accurately, and finally obtain a large high-quality image.
