New and Innovative: A Design of Plastic Wire Winder

Published: 08 April 2020 Publication History

Abstract

Since the reform and opening up, China's plastics industry has developed rapidly, and with the sustained and rapid development of the national economy, it has maintained rapid growth and has great development potential. Plastic wire is one of them. It has good processing characteristics, light weight, small thermal conductivity, good electrical insulation and stable chemical properties. It is safe and convenient to use in various industries such as footwear, bag industry and sofa industry. Because the plastic line winding machine is in recent years to research and development of the equipment, so many of its institutions are not mature, need to improve the design. The design of the rolling mechanism comprises a speed reducer, clutch device, rolling device, winding device etc. The motor drives the worm gear reducer, which is divided into two directions through the gear transmission. This design chooses the use of constant tension control system. The coiling mechanism designed by the design scheme has the advantages of simple structure, high production efficiency, and low cost.
