Research and Practice on the Talent Training Model of Advanced Manufacturing Line Leaders in Private Higher Vocational Colleges——Based on the Perspective of Modern Apprenticeship

    In the context of the integration between industry and education and cooperation between enterprises and colleges, enterprises are facing the urgent needs of advanced manufacturing line leaders who are grassroots management talents. Through the pilot modern apprenticeship system, further clarify the training objectives and training specifications of line leader talent training for business administration in higher vocational colleges, and propose a framework for the line leaders talent training, build a school-enterprise collaborative education platform, carry out teaching practice that alternates work and study, building a "dual-qualified" teacher team and other countermeasures, which are highlight the ability of TCL's three-star class line leader. The modern apprenticeship system promotes the school-enterprise precise docking and precise education, laying the foundation for higher-level development from reserve cadres, squad leaders, to line leaders, and even to workshop directors and department managers.
