Teaching Reform of Animation Studio for Application-oriented Talents Training

Abstract

Animation is an art major with strong professionalism and higher requirements for students' professional application ability. Facing the new situation of education and the special requirements of enterprises for professional talents, exploring the training mode of applied talents to meet the social needs is a hot issue in many universities. The research purpose of this paper is, through the in-depth analysis and research of colleges and universities present problems of the animation talent training mode, as well as the causes of the problem, combined with the corresponding education theory and education thought, puts forward Suggestions on talents cultivation each link, hope that can give a perfect animation personnel training mode of colleges and universities to provide some data support and advice. Through reading literature and collecting materials on the websites of colleges and universities, this paper makes a preliminary analysis on the current situation of animation talent training mode in colleges and universities. From the animation education present situation, development of the national overall analysis, and its dynamic animation and other world powers of animation talent training mode of horizontal comparison, and then discusses the current animation talent training, learning both at home and abroad animation personnel training mode, the advantages of the animation talent training model for colleges and universities to improve and perfect to provide the reference.
