The Influence of the Integration of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education and Professional Education on the Employment Ability of Vocational College Students

Abstract

Actively exploring the organic integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education, and striving to achieve the cultivation of high-quality professional talents with both innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability is the only way to deepen the reform of my country's higher education, the development of the connotation of higher vocational colleges, and the employment of students. Use literature data, questionnaire surveys, logical analysis and other methods to explore the internal logical relationship between the integration of the two education modes and the employability of students, and put forward reasonable suggestions for the optimization of talent training programs, and realize the depth of the two education modes Integration to help students in higher vocational colleges improve their employability.
