"Sports and Entertainment, Strength and Fitness" Perfect Combination of Sports — Yajia Movement and Teaching

Abstract

By applying the method of field survey, this study, literature review method, interview method, induction and other research methods, from the origin of the yajia movement, to the movement of the technical main point, basic motion characteristics, main force analysis are studied, and an important conclusion: yajia movement is a combination of "sports and entertainment", and it is also a combination of "strength and fitness. yajia movemen will be recreational, leisure, fitness in one, with a certain degree of appreciation. This sport is becoming a physical education course in colleges and universities, and has gradually become a popular sport. It also provides a theoretical basis for the cultural inheritance and extensive promotion of national minority sports.
