Analysis of Fluid-solid Coupling Vibration Response of Deepwater Functional Cabin in New Generation Underwater Production System

Published: 18 August 2021 Publication History

Abstract

The new generation of underwater production system can optimize the underwater production layout, realize the recovery of pipe sink, shorten the construction cycle of underwater oil field, and reduce the development cost. As a key part of the underwater production system, the deepwater functional cabin can protect the underwater production equipment and improve the service life, safety and reliability, but the vibration problem of the deepwater functional cabin is the key to the dynamic stability of the deepwater functional cabin. In this paper, a kind of functional cabin structure suitable for the new generation underwater production system is proposed, and its finite element model is established. The use environment is simulated by Ansys software, and the static analysis, modal analysis and transient analysis are carried out to evaluate the vibration response of the functional cabin under the excitation of external fluid and internal mechanical equipment. The analysis and simulation results show that the deepwater function cabin meets the requirements of design and application. It provides an important reference for the structural design of deepwater functional cabin.
