Analysis of School-Enterprise Cooperation Based on Two-Factor Theory from the Perspective of E-Commerce Enterprises

Published: 02 December 2021 Publication History

Abstract

With the rapid development of the e-commerce industry in China, the skilled talents trained by higher vocational colleges cannot fully meet the needs of e-commerce enterprises. In order to deal with this contradiction, this study focuses on the motivation factors of school-enterprise cooperation to provide a reference for improving the quality of school-enterprise cooperation. This study adopts the questionnaire survey method, mainly using the online questionnaire tool to issue questionnaires. Then the reliability and validity of the questionnaire data were analyzed. Then the two-factor theory is used to analyze the degree and order of the motivation factors of school-enterprise cooperation. According to the questionnaire survey, 346 valid samples were recovered, and employees from 26 e-commerce companies participated. The reliability coefficient (KMO=0.881) and validity coefficient (Cronbach's Alpha=0.864) of the sample data met the criteria of being suitable for analysis. The survey results show that the respondents agree that the main motivating factors and ranking of school-enterprise cooperation are: recruiting satisfied employees, cultivating students' ability to cope with the outbreak of passenger flow, and helping students improve their professional ability to enterprises and society. From the perspective of e-commerce enterprises, this study improves the quality of school-enterprise cooperation and the quality of skilled personnel training and provides a kind of analytical thinking and problem-solving paradigm.
