Design of Metadata Integration Model in Education Information System

Abstract

Since the beginning of the 21st century, the reform of our country's education system has continued to deepen. In order to improve the quality of the whole people, the number of enrollment places in colleges and universities has been increasing every year. The integration of information resources is an important aspect of the current digital construction in the education sector. With the continuous growth of information resources, the difficulty and workload of the management of information resources in colleges and universities are also increasing. Teachers and students also feel the inconvenience of using a large number of information resources. In view of this, this paper designs and implements a metadata integration model in an education information system. This article first analyzes the current situation of the integration and development of educational information resources in colleges and universities, and then studies and designs the metadata resource integration plan and process. Finally, a questionnaire survey is conducted on teachers and students. The survey results show that the use of the educational information designed in this article. The metadata integration model in the system can easily search for the required learning resources, and teachers and students have given a satisfactory evaluation of the integration model.
