The Training Mode of Internationalized Talents of Equestrian Management Based on Artificial Intelligence Technology

Abstract

With the rapid development of the equestrian industry as an important part of China's sports and leisure industry, competition among more and more equestrian clubs has intensified. The development of equestrian clubs has great market demand for equestrian management talents. Nowadays, high-quality professional management talents are the main force in the struggle between clubs. Only with excellent management talents can a first-class equestrian club be built. This article studies the equestrian management international talent training model based on artificial intelligence technology. On the basis of literature research methods, it summarizes the characteristics of international equestrian management talents, and then elaborates the current stage of equestrian management international talent training, in order to further understand the situation of the equestrian management international talent training model, and conduct a questionnaire survey. The survey results show that the main problem in the current equestrian management international talent training is the lack of practicality of the courses, accounting for more than 43%, and then the teaching conditions cannot follow-up, accounting for about 31%.
