Study on the Moisturizing Effect of Stem Gel through Mathematical Statistics and Intelligent Calculation of Decolorization Rate

    Using the discarded dragon fruit stems produced in the production process of the Baise dragon fruit planting base as raw materials, the research on the extraction of the gel juice of the dragon fruit stems was carried out. The basic process adopted is to pretreat the pitaya stems, degrade the pectin by pectinase, and decolorize it with activated carbon, and finally obtain a light yellow-green transparent gel juice, and investigate the moisture retention of the pitaya stem gel juice. In this paper, a single factor test was carried out on the original solution of dragon fruit stem gel with pectinase. The results showed that the dosage of pectinase was 0.3%, and the reaction time was 60 minutes; and then activated carbon was used to treat the dragon fruit stem gel after pectinase treatment. A single factor test was carried out, and then an orthogonal test was conducted on the basis of the single factor test. The amount of activated carbon was 3%, the action time was 30 minutes, and the action temperature was 50℃. The skin moisture change rate of young women's skin surface moisture of the dragon fruit stem gel tested at room temperature 25-27℃ and humidity 52-55% at 30 minutes was 20.72%, and the skin moisture change rate after 2 hours was 13.62%, and the skin was moisturizing. The effect is positive.
