Research on Tourist Hotel Product Development in Caidian District of Wuhan Based on Hygiene-motivational Factors

Abstract

With the continuous improvement of the national economy, consumers’ material and spiritual needs are also increasing. The rise of various hotels and the competition of traditional hotels make the development of tourism hotel products in Caidian District and facing opportunities and challenges. Based on the Hygiene-motivational Factors theory, this study starts from the current situation of tourist hotels in the Caidian District of Wuhan since the end of 2021 and analyzes the traffic conditions and regional characteristic resources distribution of tourist hotels in the Caidian District based on the tourism consumption income data of Caidian District from 2015 to 2019. The study finds out the problems of tourist hotel products in Caidian District by using consumer satisfaction evaluation of hotels in Caidian District, and discusses new paths suitable for hotel product development, putting forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
