Design of Operation and Maintenance Visualization System Oriented to IT service Management

Published: 14 October 2022 Publication History

Abstract

In view of the problems that the current operation and maintenance visualization system does not consider the enterprise IT service technology process and customers' own needs, resulting in low security, high occupancy rate and long response time of the operation and maintenance visualization system, designed an operation and maintenance visualization system for IT service management. By analyzing the concept of IT service management, the basic process of IT service management is established according to the characteristics and core elements of IT service management. The core of ITIL framework is adopted to connect the existing IT resource management and business processes of the enterprise to form a general ITSM system. Considering the enterprise IT service technology process and customers' own needs, optimize and integrate the ITSM model by using its resources, business processes, enterprise manpower and service quality. Analyze the overall, functional and non functional requirements of the system, design the overall architecture and logical architecture of the system, design the database E-R diagram and database table structure according to the database design principles, and realize the design of operation and maintenance visualization system for IT service management. The test results show that the proposed method has high system security, can effectively reduce the system occupancy and shorten the system response time.
