  • Abstract

With the rapid development and maturity of core technologies such as environmental perception, multi-sensor fusion, intelligent decision-making, control and execution systems, high-precision maps and positioning, autonomous vehicles have moved from the laboratory to the stage of open road field testing and commercial demonstration. The automated guided vehicle (AGV) used in complex conditions is a key factor of factory practical application. The electric car designed in this paper is mainly equipped with STM32 CPU, infrared sensor and DC motor. By studying the motion process of electric car climbing at a uniform speed under different slopes, the actual motion state of electric car under different slopes is analyzed. Based on the design of the ramp driving car, the concept of constant speed climbing, PID control algorithm and slope applicability are extended to the factory AGV, so as to provide a reasonable optimization design for its practical engineering application in complex conditions.
