A study of quality management contracts for complex product supply chains considering quality and on-time delivery

Published: 21 November 2023 Publication History

Abstract

Considering the information disadvantage of manufacturers in the supply chain, in order to induce suppliers to consciously and actively guarantee the quality level and on-time delivery level of complex products in the process of pursuing their own cooperation revenue maximization, this paper decomposes and analyses in detail the quality cooperation process and revenue components of complex product master manufacturers and suppliers in a specific way, considering the factors of complex product quality and on-time delivery. At the same time, the optimal contract analysis of complex product supply chain under symmetric and asymmetric information conditions is carried out based on the Stacklberg model and principal-agent model respectively, and the principal-agent model and parameters of complex product under asymmetric information conditions are designed. Finally, the scientific validity of the model is verified by using a typical complex product calculation example of an aviation product.
