  • Abstract

In the intelligent era, teachers' information technology application ability becomes an important component in determining teaching quality, and the improvement of teachers' information technology application ability can effectively promote basic education curriculum reform and promote teachers' professional development. In this paper, 27 excellent elementary school lessons in the smart classroom environment are selected as sample cases, and the information technology teaching behaviors in elementary school are classified and coded. Subsequently, the article analyzes the relationship between micro-competencies and teacher-student behaviors and salient behaviors in the smart classroom environment. Finally, the article constructs a de facto mapping of elementary school teachers' IT application ability assessment based on micro-competencies, and summarizes the current situation of elementary school teachers' IT application ability development in four aspects: teaching design, academic assessment, learning method guidance, and integration and innovation, and proposes teachers' development suggestions. Based on the micro-competency perspective, the article explores the level of teachers' IT application ability implied behind the teaching behaviors through the event evolutionary graph and provides new ideas for teachers' ability improvement.
