Construction of a Collaborative Planning Simulation System for the Main Distribution Network Considering Regional Energy Supply and Consumption Autonomy

Published: 26 March 2024 Publication History

Abstract

In recent years, large-scale distributed renewable energy, electric vehicles, energy storage, flexible loads, and other distributed resources have been integrated into the distribution network. The distribution network has gradually shown active and flexible characteristics, making it possible for regional distribution networks to achieve supply-demand balance in different periods. This will lead to frequent occurrences of equipment operating under light or even no load, forming a contradiction between efficient utilization of equipment resources and reliable power supply, The traditional way of determining the power grid planning plan based on the "load side" demand is difficult to adapt to the new situation development. This article proposes a collaborative planning method for the main distribution network that considers regional energy supply and consumption autonomy. Based on the intelligent planning technology of the power grid GIS system and the "source load" scenario generation framework based on deep embedding clustering, a simulation system for the integrated management of regional energy supply and consumption autonomy in the main distribution network collaborative planning is formed. Provide advanced technology and platform support for smart grid planning in distribution networks, improve the informational level of distribution network planning, and improve the efficiency of distribution network planning.
