Provincial Energy Supply and Demand Risk Assessment Based on GRA-AHP-EWM Method

Published: 01 June 2024 Publication History

Abstract

This paper presents a developed model that combines Grey Relation Analysis (GRA), Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), and entropy weight method (EMM) to accurately assess the current state of provincial energy supply security and understand the underlying factors influencing it. The model considers nine key indicators, including the historical supply-demand gap of provincial energy, and examines provincial energy security from three perspectives: energy hazard, vulnerability, and comprehensive prevention capability. By analyzing these indicators, the study provides a comprehensive understanding of the mechanisms influencing the supply-demand balance of provincial energy at different time scales. This research offers valuable theoretical support for data-driven energy supply-demand balance management. The risk assessment accuracy of the model reaches 100%.
