Published: 30 May 2024 Publication History

Abstract

Environmental law, as a professional core course in law, is highly theoretical and practical. Through the study of this course, students should master the meaning of "environment" in environmental law, the basic theory of environmental jurisprudence and the basic legal system, and have the preliminary ability to analyse and solve the environmental legal problems; enhance the concept of environmental legal system, and be familiar with the environmental pollution prevention and control law, the norms of international environmental law and the interconnection of all kinds of norms; strengthen the understanding of the links and differences between environmental law and substantive law and procedural law of related legal departments, and have the ability to deal with environmental legal affairs in order to achieve the goal of environmental law. Enhance the understanding of the connection and difference between environmental law and the substantive and procedural laws of related legal departments, and have the ability to deal with environmental legal affairs, so as to achieve the legislative purpose of environmental law and safeguard the sustainable development of China's society and economy. Based on the integration and cross-study of various learning industries that are increasingly developing and progressing, a single teaching is no longer satisfied with the current development and progress of society. In this paper, we have studied the process of specialization of environmental justice in China, and learned that various regions have successively set up environmental trial institutions to specialize in environmental cases and innovate the environmental trial mechanism to better promote the development of environmental justice specialization. However, the specialized trial institutions and trial mechanisms alone are not enough to truly realize the specialization of environmental justice, therefore, the people's courts at all levels have gradually established supporting environmental trial procedures after a long period of exploration in the practice of environmental justice. The background technology research based on big data in this paper combines the big data foundation of artificial intelligence in the new era, and well integrates the teaching of environmental law with big data research, and has made some breakthroughs and research progress in the construction of big data learning platform.
