Research on visual design and interactive realization of Compendium of Materia Medica

Abstract

Compendium of Materia Medica, as a famous ancient book of Chinese herbal medicine, has a wide range of applications and needs in popular science education and medical applications. The development of digital technology to visualize and interact with information can help users better understand the properties and medicinal value of herbs. From the visualization system construction concept and preliminary preparation work of Compendium of Materia Medica to the practice process of visualization charts and interactive interfaces, this paper promotes the dissemination of Chinese medicine knowledge and establishes a more comprehensive understanding of the popular science education of digital health.
