Research on the Evaluation Method of the Zero Carbon Park's Friendliness to the Distribution Grid at the Background of the New Power System

Published: 31 July 2024 Publication History

Abstract

With the development of dual carbon goals and a new power system, zero-carbon park projects have gradually become a new form of business that cannot be ignored in the power grid. However, disorderly access of projects may cause problems in power grid operation. This article selects indexes from six dimensions including green power consumption requirements, friendly interaction, friendly system access, friendly internal configuration, friendly planning progress, and friendly organizational management. It constructs an evaluation method for the grid friendliness of zero-carbon park projects using the analytic hierarchy process, entropy weight method, and ideal point approximation method. This evaluation algorithm is an important exploration in the construction process of a new power system. Through the evaluation, the grid friendliness of typical cases is ranked to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the method.
