Research on key technology of business convergence based on conversational AI

Published: 08 December 2024 Publication History

Abstract

With the improvement of computing power and the accumulation of big data, AI technology has developed rapidly. In particular, the advancement of natural language processing and machine learning technologies has provided powerful technical support for the development of conversational AI systems. This study aims to explore and develop key technologies for business convergence based on conversational AI to meet modern users' needs for intelligent services. By integrating natural language processing, multimodal interaction, and speech recognition and synthesis, a multimodal human-computer interaction system with audio and video as inputs and outputs is implemented through the study and analysis of common speech recognition algorithms using an end-to-end architecture. Experimental results show that full interaction between different modalities is accomplished in multimodal interaction, thus releasing the full expressive power of multimodal interaction. By integrating business knowledge with conversational AI technology, a more natural, smooth and personalized user interaction experience can be provided. Users can obtain the required information, solve problems and enjoy more convenient services through simple dialogues.
