Pembelajaran bermakna perlu diimplementasikan oleh setiap pendidik pada setiap materi pembelajara... more Pembelajaran bermakna perlu diimplementasikan oleh setiap pendidik pada setiap materi pembelajaran, terlebih materi pembelajaran yang abstrak. Salah satu inovasinya menggunakan pendekatan analogi. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan kekuatan analogi sebagai pendekatan untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang bermakna. Berdasarkan hasil kajian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan analogi merupakan proses penalaran yang membandingkan dua buah obyek yang memiliki kesamaan untuk menghasilkan pengetahuan baru berdasarkan pengetahuan yang telah dimiliki peserta didik. Kekuatan analogi tidak terbatas untuk materi berupa konsep saja, melainkan jenis materi proses maupun struktur. Lebih dari itu, penggunaan analogi dalam pembelajaran menyebabkan peserta didik sulit melupakan konsep yang sudah terpatri di otak mereka.

perkebunan. Namun, penggunaan secara intensif menimbulkan banyak kerugian. Akibatnya masyarakat
banyak yang beralih menggunakan pengendali hayati ramah lingkungan, salah satunya dengan memanfaatkan
jamur M. anisopliae.Penelitian yang dilakukan tentang uji patogenitas spora jamur M. anisopliae terhadap
mortalitas larva O. rhinoceros sebagai bahan ajar biologi SMA kelas X. Penelitian bertujuan untuk
mengetahui konsentrasi inokulum jamur M. anisopliae yangpaling cepat membunuh larva O. rhinoceros dan
mengidentifikasi potensi proses dan hasil penelitian sebagai bahan ajar biologi.
Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) satu faktor, yaitu konsentrasi inokulum
jamur M. anisopliae 5 g, 10 g, 15 g, dan 20 g/Kg media, Furadan 5 g/Kg media sebagai kontrol positif, dan
aquades sebagai kontrol negatif. Tiap-tiap percobaan diulang tiga kali.Parameter yang diamati meliputi
jumlah kumulatif dan waktu infeksi O. rhinoceros serta jumlah kumulatif dan waktu kematian O. rhinoceros.
Data dianalisis regresi untuk mengetahui pengaruh perlakuan terhadap jumlah kumulatif dan waktu infeksi
larva serta jumlah kumulatif dan waktu kematian larva. Adanya perbedaan antarperlakuan, data diuji dengan
analisis variansi (ANAVA) dan dilanjutkan uji Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT) taraf 5%.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi inokulum jamur M. anisopliae 20 g/Kg media paling
efektif menyebabkan infeksi pada larva O. rhinoceros hingga 80%, sedangkan konsentrasi 5 g/Kg media
paling efektif menyebabkan mortalitas larva hingga 86,7%. Hasil analisis potensi proses berupa prosedur
penelitian untuk mencapai KD 2.1. Analisis hasil penelitianberupa fakta, yaitu konsentrasi inokulum jamur
M. anisopliae yang paling efektif menyebabkan infeksi larva O. rhinoceros adalah 20 g/Kg media, konsep
tentang pemanfaatan jamur M. anisopliae sebagai pengendali hayati larva O. rhinoceros, dan prinsip tentang
patogenitas jamur M. anisopliae yang mampu menyebabkan mortalitas pada larva O. rhinoceros.

important thing as n... more Abstract—Nowadays, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has become
important thing as new generation in globalization. Not only children, but also younger or
older people use ICT in every time and everywhere. As an efforts to maximize using ICT,
needed some strategy for integrated ICT in education. Actually, integration of ICT in
school or university in Indonesia has been used. Especially in biology education,
application of ICT makes students interest. Students can build in their mind about invisible
object through technology. They can increase their motivation for learning activity. In
other hand, for biology lecturers many benefits of ICT can be takes by them. They can
enrich of biology materials sources through ICT without depend on space and time.
Moreover, they can modified learning media and also develop teaching materials. The aim
of this research is specified in three research question: (1) what ICT application that
Biology Education lecturers use in teaching?, (2) how often do they use ITC in teaching?,
and (3) how lecturers perspective about ICT?. This research focus on how education
biology lecturers in Biology Education of Ahmad Dahlan University use ICT in their
teaching and learning process. The research adopt qualitative approach using
questionnaires. The result show that the most popular application of ICT is PowerPoint
used by lecturers to support face-to-face their lectures. The majority of Biology Education
lecturers most frequently use Microsoft Office to support their lecture in every week. The
last, 100% lecturers agree that ICT makes learning activity interest and increase students
motivation.

This research aimed to reveal: 1) the quality of analogipedia module that was developed as a supp... more This research aimed to reveal: 1) the quality of analogipedia module that was developed as a supplement of ecosystems teaching materials for senior high school students grade X, 2) the implementation of PBL model based on analogical approach was developed in analogipedia module on ecosystems materials for senior high school students grade X, and 3) the effectiveness of using analogipedia module to improve students creativity for senior high school students grade X.
This developmental study refers to the model on Design and Development Research by Richey & Klein. The developmental design consist of: a) analysis, b) design, c) development, and d) evaluation. The subjects of preliminary testing were 31 students of SMA N 1 Bantul grade XI. The operational fields testing subject consisted of 88 students for the experiment class and 87 students for the control class. All of students came from SMA N 1 Jetis, SMA N 2 Bantul, and SMA N 1 Sewon students grade X. Collecting data instruments used questionnaires for collecting student’s response data about module assessments and instruments test with open ended questions to reveal student’s creativity. Instruments validation technique involved face validity by expert judgment validation of materials and teaching, and empirical validity using QUEST programs based on mean score of INFIT MNSQ in limit up 0.77 to 1.30. The data were analyzed using the independent sample t-test with a significance level of 0.05.
The result of this study showed that: 1) developing analogipedia module assessed by expert materials based on substantion/contents obtained a score with good category, assessed by expert teaching based on constructs obtained good category, assessed by peer reviewer obtained good category, assessed by biology teachers obtained good category, and assessed by students obtained good category, 2) PBL models with analogical approach was developed on analogipedia module carried out was in good category, with percentage preactive 100%, interactive 100%, and postactive 95.75%, 3) there are different scores of students creativity test using analogipedia module with student worksheets. It can be showed by t-test result with significance up to 0.043, which means analogipedia module was significant to improve senior high school student’s creativity grade X. Different result was showed by improvement of creativity test score 96.48% in the experiment class, whereas in the control class was 85.24%.
