Professional career
editFor the 2023–2024 season, he was named the MVP of the Latvijas Basketbola līga (LBL) after averaging 16.5 points and 7.7 rebounds per game.[1]
In September 2024, Jaunzems signed with KR of the Icelandic Úrvalsdeild karla.[2]
National team career
editJaunzems has represented Latvia in 2015 FIBA Europe Under-20 Championship.[3]
