Paweł Sibik (born 15 February 1971) is a Polish professional football manager and former player who played as a midfielder. He was most recently in charge of Lechia Dzierżoniów.

He played for clubs such as Odra Wodzisław, Ruch Chorzów, Cypriot club Apollon Limassol and Podbeskidzie Bielsko-Biała. Sibik earned three caps for the Poland national team during 2002, including an appearance at the 2002 FIFA World Cup in a group stage match against the USA.[1]
