Alternative technologies

The list of so-called "alternative technologies" is spammy. More importantly, it doesn't make any sense.

There are thousands of ways to send files through a browser. Funny enough, the technologies in this section amount to launching an external application. (Filepicker.io is SaSS, which is functionally equivalent to an external application.)

The section, I believe should be deleted because the article is about an html form element.

Agreed - the technologies cited (particularly the Filepicker.io which requires fees to use) seem like blatant product promotion.
