The spelling "Issers" appears to be obsolete, as shown by the sources linked and by the picture. But Isser is a disambiguation page. What name would be appropriate - Isser (town)? Or Isser, Algeria? - Lameen Souag (talk) 11:21, 8 January 2019 (UTC)Reply
