Just so you all know Rick Elfman and my father Matthew Bright are not friends. My dad is currently living just out of Santa Monica and is working on a commedy about the Manson murders. Another project in the works is a twisted version of the Little Rascals set in southern Mexico with native indian children and a jackalope. -Max Bright

Given the rather weirdand unsourced statement, "He grew up with writer/director Richard Elfman and his brother, composer Danny Elfman," which is included in the article and is in desperate need of clarification, discussion of what the relationship is between the elfmans and the brights certainly does need discussion here.
