CGMusselman
is a physicist living in Watertown, MA. I am a graduate of Omaha Central High School, the University of Chicago, and MIT. I am currently interested in cosmology and biogenesis.
In an earlier life, I was a thrill-seeker. To this end, I skied, rode motorcycles (track and off-road), won competitive yacht races, climbed mountains, tried drugs of unknown origin and doubtful dosage, wind-surfed until age 70, and sought knowledge of the limit.
Physics at the limit is supernovae and gravity waves. But nothing in physics suggests the emergence of biology from chemistry (or consciousness from neurons). These miracles are very near to us. Indeed they interpenetrate our beings and our world, knitting us in place, eternal tapestry.
