UEFA says that the attendance for the match between Levski and Debrecen was 14,524. – PeeJay 23:11, 24 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

You may be right, but perhaps only 14,524 people attended the game despite more than 15,000 buying tickets. I would trust an accurate figure like 14,524 over an inaccurate figure like 20,000 any day of the week. – PeeJay 23:34, 24 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Asen Georgiev

edit

The article Asen Georgiev has been proposed for deletion because, under Wikipedia policy, all biographies of living persons created after March 18, 2010, must have at least one reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't take offense. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. I posted a link with the players' profile in uefa.com. I hope it is suitable enough. Regards.

Repost of Asen Georgiev

edit

A tag has been placed on Asen Georgiev requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia, because it appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion process. If you can indicate how it is different from the previously posted material, contest the deletion by clicking on the button that looks like this:   which appears inside of the speedy deletion ({{db-...}}) tag (if no such tag exists, the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate). Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the the article's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. If you believe the original discussion was unjustified, please contact the administrator who deleted the page or use deletion review instead of continuing to recreate the page. Thank you. Hi,

could you please check if these edits are correct? Especially the part regarding Lokomotiv Sofia seems a little bit strange to me since the note attached to their row says that they have to play at Vasil Levski... You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on 2012–13 Levski Sofia season requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. 2012–13 Levski Sofia season

edit

Hello Aspirina, just letting you know I have removed the speedy deletion tag from 2012–13 Levski Sofia season, however since the season hasn't started yet, no information is available in the article. I don't know when the summer transfers start, but perhaps until it can be populated, it can be moved to userspace, I would suggest User:Aspirina/2012–13 Levski Sofia season. If you need hep with it, you can let me know here or on my talk page. Thanks, --kelapstick(bainuu) 23:21, 23 April 2012 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Derby of Plovdiv

edit

The article Derby of Plovdiv has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable. No reason given why this is not just another rivalry between local football teams.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Greetings and... referencing

edit

Greetings Aspirina. I've just patrolled a page you created, and was about to leave you a warning notice here about the lack of references. However, now that I see that you have several notices referring to articles you've created, let me explain what's at stake here, apart from any other considerations, regarding the creation of articles.

I spend much of my time here at Wikipedia reverting vandalism, and I can assure you that for those of us who move around Wikipedia fighting vandalism, there's a great difference between being able to revert that ever-so-subtle bad faith edit – thanks to having had access to the referenced source – and having to AGF and simply leave it there, certain that the vandal, who has already made half a dozen such edits in quick succession has scored yet again. And all because the original text cannot be easily verified...

Paraphrasing an admin: "An article may or may not include a bibliography or external links, but references are not open to discussion, for a very simple reason: you contribute what you know of a subject, and tomorrow some wise guy comes along and changes it all, introducing falsehoods into the text." And Jimmy Wales hits it on the head: "I really want to encourage a much stronger culture which says: it is better to have no information, than to have information like this, with no sources."[1]

Hopefully, that clears up any doubts you may have had about this. If you have any further question, drop me a line. Cheers! --Technopat (talk) 22:36, 27 October 2013 (UTC)Reply

2004–05 PFC Levski Sofia season

edit

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a search with the contents of 2004–05 PFC Levski Sofia season, and it appears to be very similar to another Wikipedia page: 2005–06 PFC Levski Sofia season. It is possible that you have accidentally duplicated contents, or made an error while creating the page— you might want to look at the pages and see if that is the case. If you are intentionally trying to rename an article, please see Help:Moving a page for instructions on how to do this without copying and pasting. If you are trying to move or copy content from one article to a different one, please see Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia and be sure you have acknowledged the duplication of material in an edit summary to preserve attribution history.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. CorenSearchBot (talk) 02:28, 29 April 2014 (UTC)Reply
