Pennsylvania Route 624 is a 16 mile long local route in East Central Pennsylvania, United States. The southern terminus is Pennsylvania Route 23 in Goodville. The northern terminus is U.S. Route 222 Business in Reading.

Small History
From 1928 to 1962, Pennsylvania Route 625 was Pennsylvania Route 73. Then later in 1962 Pennsylvania Route 625 was signed.
South To North Description
PA 625 begins in Goodville, Pennsylvania, at an intersection with Pennsylvania Route 23. Then it goes under the Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-76) without access. Then it meets Pennsylvania Route 568 in Knauers, Pennsylvania. Fartger north it meets with Pennsylvania Route 724 near Reading, Pennsylvania; Reading is the northern termini of PA-625 as the New Holland Pike with an intersection with U.S. Route 222 Business.
