Why no Privacy Act in WA

I am not a lawyer, but I presume that there is no need for a specific WA Act, because the Privacy Act 1988 is a Commonwealth Act and so applies to the entire country (that presumably being what Section 4 means). Mitch Ames (talk) 13:28, 25 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
