While I believe proactive disclosure of personal opinions to be an important part of WP:NPOV one should not ever ask an editor to recuse themselves from a discussion on the basis of userbox content. To do so contravenes WP:NPA. To claim that a person's POV makes them incapable of serving the neutrality goal of Wikipedia is to make the false claim that some people are inherently neutral. Such a person does not exist. EG: centrism is an ideology.[2]
^It is a pun to None (atheism) as religion; to make it a match. I chose anarchism since I consider it to be an anti-authoritarian (hence, anti-dogmatic, organised religion) philosophy. Anarchism is simply the closest political thing I can think of to my definition of atheism.
