Arnaud Leparmentier is a French journalist. From 2012 to 2017 he was editorial director of the newspaper Le Monde and since then has been a correspondent in New York.[1]

Biography

He graduated from HEC Paris in 1990. He joined the editorial team of Le Monde in 1995. He was a correspondent in Germany from 1997 to 2001, and then head of the political office in Brussels (2001–2005). During Sarkozy's term, he was in charge of Elysee policy. Since 2012, he has been deputy editor-in-chief, then editorial director, and since 2017 he has been a correspondent in New York.[2]

He also works in various radio and television stations (Europe 1,[3] France Inter, I-Tele[4]).
