Bernard de Montmorillon is a French management professor, born June 1, 1950, in Autun (Saône-et-Loire).[1]

Bernard de Montmorillon studied at the Lycée privé Sainte-Geneviève, graduated from HEC Paris (1973), a history degree (1973), and a Master from Paris-Dauphine.[1] He has a PhD in management sciences (1980) and an associate degree in management sciences (1982).[2]

He taught at Nancy 2 University (1982) then at the University of Burgundy (1984), where he was notably director of the IAE. He has taught since 1990 at Paris-Dauphine, where he was responsible for Master in Human Resources Management (1991–2000) and teaches in particular at the Executive MBA at Paris Dauphine. He was elected president of Paris Dauphine University on September 9, 1999[3], replacing Elie Cohen on October 19 of the same year. Laurent Batsch succeeded him on May 16, 2007.[4]
